Home-made Chocolate
(DF / NF / GF)
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 1/2 cup tahini
Method
Mix ingredients together using a fork. Spoon mixture into a lined tin and spread out until approximately 5mm deep. Bake in a moderate oven (180c) for 15-20 minutes. Cut into squares when cool and freeze. Remove from freezer 5 minutes before consuming – enjoy!
